Community Orchard

The Trustee has approved the provision of a mixed fruit community orchard to be situated on land between the skate park and the football pitch. The orchard will be provided in association with Micklefield Regeneration Partnership, which has sought funding for the project. It is hoped that the trees can be planted in November, although the details have to be confirmed. Whilst the trees will belong to the Charity, the fruit will be available for free to members of the community.
